Really good service, very helpful staff and yummy sandwich! Great variety of Sandwiches to select from! It's great that Which Wich has so many options of ingredients to choose from, you can really customize your sandwich that no other competitor offers! Love it!

I order sandwiches here all the time and absolutely loved them. It could quite possibly be the best sandwich I've ever had my life. I love the mobile app which allows me to place my order so it's ready to pick up when I get there.

Today was my first trip to a Which Wich, and I'm certainly not convinced to come back. I arrived at noon and while I understand that's lunch time, the service model is absolutely terrible. It took 25 minutes before I finally got my sandwich, which is far too long. The problem is with all the choices you have a very cumbersome ordering and production process, from the cashier having to input every aspect of your order to the sandwich people having to read this small print to make sure they don't miss anything (Is talking to somebody and saying what would you like so hard?). So, you start by waiting in line as you decide what you want by writing it down on a paper bag, and in today's instance it took about 10 minutes to get through a 10 person line. From there, you sit waiting as your sandwich is put in the queue of others ahead of you, which took another 15 minutes. In my opinion, this is a huge detriment to the service model. In comparison, the local Potbelly has on their wall in and out in a guaranteed 8 minutes. The reason they can do this is they keep things relatively simple but also get your order started as quickly as possible. So they mask a little of your waiting time with the time you would naturally have to wait for the toasting process anyways. Once that's done, its a few quick notes to the sandwich maker with your toppings and off the cashier. WW essentially does this all backwards with paying first and collection second. So onto the food. I ordered a Cuban sandwich with Dijon mustard, Swiss cheese and pickles. The ingredients themselves certainly had the potential to make a great sandwich, but like most quick serve places that make a Cuban, the pulled pork was so skimpy that after a few bites you essentially have a ham and mustard sandwich. They like to pile it right in the middle so your first bites look great, but once you're past that to the ends of the bread the pork is absent, so definitely disappointing. With so many better options, I don't see myself re-visiting a WW, I just don't have 25 minutes to spend waiting for a mediocre product.

Ordered online, paid $40 food never arrived so I called and was rudely told by a young lady a manager would have to call me tomorrow to refund my money since she apparently doesn't know how to work a cash register. Never received a call back and am out $40 with no food or refund. I've had wich wich at other locations before and it pretty good but this experience reminds me of pinino brothers next door...crap don't go here

This place would have had three stars for their average sandwiches but after my girlfriend took the first bite and found a nice long hair, neither of us were hungry. Because we had picked up the food to go and weren't close to the restaurant we tossed hers and just ate the chips... Which also weren't good. So gross!

Long wait lunch! Tried you guys again for lunch , IMO way way too many options and process takes fooorrrreevvver. Just want to get in and out! You guys are different and quality, but most people only have a half hour lunch and/or need to get in and out fast! Maybe pre-load a cold case with popular sandwiches and offer express grab and go check out? Just an idea. I would come 3 or 4 times per week if I had the time and patience.

Speed is not a skill here. I came for a pickup at 1:15 on a Sunday assuming I'd missed the lunch rush. WRONG! The assembly line did not progress at a good pace. I stood and watched as the bags began to pile up and not progress at a good speed. I am not sure what exactly they were doing that caused it to be so slow, but I know that this is a issue. If you go to the downtown MSP location, you will see a lunch rush handled very well. In regards to the food, its great that you can customize everything. I would have thought that the way it is all lined up it would speed up the process, but there is a seriously management issue at this location. Major bummer cause the food is great, just not sure I am up for waiting 15 minutes for a single sub sandwich.

Stopped by twice last week for lunch during normal lunchy times. First time - no line - no wait and had that bundle of warm deliciousness within 6 minutes. Next time - 5 in front of me but the line moved quickly (despite me NEVER filling out that little bag correctly!) and I had my lunch in under 10 minutes. Is that too long to wait for a sandwich? Not in my world. The wait is worth it - fresh ingredients, made-to-order. The staff is young and enthusiastic and seemed genuinely invested in customer experience. I'll be back.

Good lord. The selection was huge! Almost overwhelming. In fact I saw see people frozen by indecision while staring at the menu. Fortunately, ordering is a breeze. Just mark up your to-go bag with your selection and hand it to the sandwich makers. The wait. Well. It wasn't busy and it looked like they properly staffed but the wait was too long. I can imagine the wait during lunch rush. Sandwiches are good and selection makes this different from all the other sandwich shops in Eden Prairie. But I can see people shying away from this place due to long wait.

I have no idea how good or bad the sandwiches here are because mine never arrived. Ordered a Tomato & Avacado sandwich this morning through Foodsby (kind of like BiteSquad) and received a text message around 11:45am from (presumably) the Which Wich driver saying that it had been delivered. Several other people in my office also ordered from there and got the same message. Well... no sandwiches. I called up Which Wich to ask what gives, and while the woman I talked to on the phone was very nice and sympathetic, she couldn't explain what happened. The driver claimed to have dropped the sandwiches off "at the regular delivery location," but unless they're making deliveries to parallel universes or via time travel, we didn't get anything here. And the other orders placed through Foodsby arrived right on time and in corporeal form. While the woman I spoke to apologized for the error, she offered few suggestions other than to contact Foodsby for a refund (which I did, and according to an email I received a little while ago, they have "completely removed this Which Wich from any future deliveries to your location"). I was also told that they weren't making any more deliveries today, which basically sent the message, "Yeah, we messed up, but you're on your own. Tough luck." We're all adults, yes, and can fend for ourselves (#firstworldproblems, as the hashtag goes), but "we don't know where the sandwiches went" is not exactly a glowing service recommendation. One doesn't expect to play delivery roulette when clicking that "submit" button. Superior sandwiches, perhaps, but the drivers at this location are apparently out to lunch.

There are simply too many options in Eden Prairie for a sandwich, Potbelly is the closest comparison to Which Wich, to sit and wait for almost 30 minutes on a lunch hour for a sandwich that really is not that great. I observed many people finding the process of writing on the bag too confusing for their overwhelmed minds, and the cashier struggling to understand what people had written...and translating that to the system they enter the information into. I think they need some sort of kiosk type operation here that would eliminate the need for a bag and cashier altoghether. It was definately a roadbump that ruined my first experience here. I haven't been back, and have been to Potbelly in the mall numerous times since my fated last and only visit to Which Wich. if you go, take an hour and a half lunch.

Another sandwich shop? With so many other sandwich and food options in a 1 mile radius, it is hard to imagine how this shop will survive. To do so, they will have to provide an excellent product, fast, and for a reasonable price. I do enjoy a good sandwich, but Eden Prairie already has options like Potbelly, Crumb, Jason's Deli, Jimmy Johns, Erbert and Gerbert's, Milios, Panera, Roly Poly, Subways, and more. What sets Which Wich apart? They have a HUGE menu! The options are endless. They claim 51 sandwiches, and they encourage you to mix and match all of the toppings along with those 51 standards. To some, this can be a curse. You have to pick from so many options. It would be easy to screw it up and make something not so good, but then who can you blame? The sandwiches are good. The bread is closer to a deli hoagie than what you may be familiar with at Subway or Jimmy Johns. Read - pretty dry, but fresh and fluffy. The toppings are good, the regular meats and cheeses are the same things you could pickup at your local grocery store. You get to make it exactly how you want, whats to complain about? They really hit a homerun with the warm cookies. For $1.10/ea I got two warm gooey cookies that were very good. Crumb down the street is the only deli in town that can top them overall, but they aren't warm. Overall, the sandwiches remind me of what I can make at home. But since I don't stock 300 items for my own sandwich making, this is more convienent and economical to benefit from so many options. The large selection makes it easy to please a big group of people as well. Only time will tell how fast the line is at lunch, which may ultimately determine the fate of this wich.

Absurdly long waits for an average sandwich. I've been standing here for 15 minutes since I ordered. Ridiculous. Order ahead of time online or don't bother. Better yet, go to Potbelly.

This afternoon was my second visit here and it was for a second chance redemption. Needless to say, I was disappointed yet again. My first visit was last Friday. When I first walked in, a really nice guy walked me through the process of picking out the bags and filling out what I wanted. I paid and waited for my soup and sandwich and took it back to work to eat. The tomato basil soup was pretty tasty, especially with the parmesan cheese melted into it! I ordered the med beef cheese steak sandwich. When I opened up the sandwich at work, I discovered that they forgot to add the cheese! How you forget to add cheese to a beef cheese steak is beyond me but I ate it anyways and it was pretty tasty. I went back today for lunch and ordered the same sandwich with more toppings and extra cheese and no soup. I brought it up to the register and the girl started ringing me up. She was doing a good job until a lady came up-I'm assuming she was the manager-and interrupted her telling her she needed her social security card before she left for the day. Weird...and when the girl starting talking to her, the manager shushed her and told her focus on her job of ringing me up. Ummm..you were the one who interrupted her to start with! The manager continued to hover and the cashier started making more and more mistakes, which the manager kept commenting on. She forgot to give me back my $9 in cash back and there was a big deal made about that because they had an order on the screen that wasn't mine that wasn't paid for??. It was all unnecessary and completely unprofessional for the manager to step in in the first place with me as a customer standing there. She should have talked to the cashier after I was done paying. Once I finally got my change back, I picked up my sandwich and left to eat it at work. Only once again, once I got back to work, they made another mistake. They put cheese on my sandwich this time but gave me wheat bread when I clearly marked on the bag that I wanted white bread. Luckily it was a lighter wheat so I was able to eat it, but still there shouldn't have been any mistakes since everything was clearly labeled. I think I'll go back to Potbelly, which isn't as convenient but at least they don't mess up their sandwiches and I've never had to deal with management/worker issues directly. I'd be willing to try Which Which at another location but I'm done with the Eden Prairie one.

I had this in Texas when I was living there. I liked it. The first time I went to this location it was good. Then I went back for my free bday sandwich and it was bad bad bad. The avocado was overly ripe and had that weird, perfumy taste. The house chips were so stale they were chewy. I haven't been back.

I love the variety but haven't had a great or even good sandwich yet. Cold au jus is gross. I want to like it but haven't had anything I liked yet.

too many choices and then they do not get your order right. very unorganized with no flow to the business- begged for a napkin and was handed a piece if a garbage sack. overpriced, bland sandwiches. Go to Milio's.

Totally confusing if you've never been there before. I went during lunch rush and some friendly patron had to tell me where/how to order. Doesn't exactly streamline the process, if you are ordering for many, say a bunch of hungry co workers, do yourself and the other patrons a favor and order online. Even if you do, as I saw, expect to wait. Once I finally wrote on the right bag everything I wanted on my sandwich and placed the order, it was a 15 minute waiting standing in line despite the 8 harried and sweating sandwich makers behind the counter. Once home, saw my sandwich was missing some of the ordered ingredients. Not a bad 'which, just not worth the hassle of ordering , waiting and then getting the wrong stuff anyhow. Skip it unless its totally off time, such as 2 pm on a wkday.
